In May 2023, I joined 23XI Racing as their Digital Marketing Manager. My day-to-day consists of overseeing all of 23XI’s digital efforts including managing the website, SMS, email, and social channels. This involves designing, managing, and optimizing our website, social media platforms, marketing database, email campaigns, and media efforts. I’m responsible for coming up with strategies to boost our social media followers and increase our brand’s visibility. I also work closely with advertising and media agencies to improve our marketing reach and results. Creating and executing detailed content plans that align with our business goals and brand standards is a big part of my job. I collaborate with our Partnerships team on social posts and potential collaborations with partners. I also set marketing campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports to see how we’re doing and make improvements. I work with both internal and external stakeholders to shape and implement effective digital content strategies. Additionally, I oversee and provide guidance on community management for our social media channels, making sure we regularly interact with our fans.
23XI Racing is an American professional auto racing organization that competes in the NASCAR Cup Series. It is owned and operated by Hall of Fame basketball player Michael Jordan, along with current Joe Gibbs Racing driver and 3x Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin. The team name represents a combination of Michael Jordan’s No. 23 he wore during most of his NBA career and Denny Hamlin’s No. 11 which he has driven his entire career in the Cup series. The organization fields the No. 23 and 45 Toyota Camry TRD teams full time occupied by Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick, as well as guest appearances in the part time No 67 Toyota Camry TRD from the likes of drivers like Travis Pastrana and Kamui Kobayashi.
